Long time no update huh? Gotta stop putting it off. But then I shouldn’t really need to be putting it off since I enjoy it? Right, stopping. Onto update.

Last Friday was A Perfect Circle day. And my god what a day it was. They were great, amazing, fantastic, dare I say Perfect? Some dipstick decided to climb the rafters in the hall thingo we were in which prompted the (very) large crowd to start chanting “get the fuck down” very loudly. Even the band joined in with a tune to help. But that guy must’ve been as high as a fucking kite because he just didn’t want to get down. After that brief interlude the band got back to doing what they do best, which is to play very goddamn loud music. And it was good. Even better was the fact that they satirised the whole encore procedure, which went a little like this;
JMK:”This is the last song, well actually that was the last song that we played just then. So it’s all over, and we’ve just made our way backstage.”
James:”Yeah, you guys can’t actually hear us say this because you’re all cheering and we’re out the back there.”
JMK:”Okay well then we’ve just come back out. The Outsider”
And they proceeded to play the best finishing three songs ever, The Outsider, The Noose and Judith. Motherfucking brilliant setlist for the entire show and that just topped it off brilliantly. After the show we went back to Cian’s place and got rather smashed. Brilliant night out.

So after that lovely night, I worked most of Sunday and then uni went back into full swing today. I have a sucky timetable but it’s not as bad as last years so I guess I should be at least a little grateful.

Anyway, I’m out. Gotsta get me some sleep.
