tooth soup

There’s no real reason why I haven’t updated for so long. I guess I’ve been real busy, but not too busy. I’m at uni all week and then on the weekends I’m working a lot now.

So what’s been happening? Not a lot. There’s the slightly more hard but less rigourous testing structure of 2nd year, I’m still trying to wrap my head around that one. We get given a lot more time than last year to do things so it’s not as rushed as last year but that means that I still have to adjust my working schedule to do more each night rather than leave it until the last minute.

Traffic lately has really been shitting me. Almost every single day that I drove last week there was another vehicle (presumably with a driver dictating its movements unless I’ve been teleported to the Autobot home planet) that was either:
a) Riding me ass.
b) Riding my bonnet (i.e., doing 20 kph under the limit)
c) Being a dangerous fuck by overtaking and swerving IN FRONT OF TRUCKS.

I have nothing against item (c) because generally the kind of cars that impatient people get around in are feeble little things that have mufflers the size of basketballs and woudl die at the mere site of a truck. A 20 tonne montrosity moving down leech highway at 100 kph isn’t going to be concerned when some rich bastard gets chewed up because he wanted to turn left. It’s items (a) and (b) that get me really annoyed and possibly at my most sarcastic. Before I go on it’s probably wise to give you a brief history in my driving style; I go the speed limit and I stick to whichever side of the road I need to be in to turn next. So you can see how items (a) and (b) would annoy someone like me. Like Kane said “The world would be so much better without any people.”

Let’s see, what else can I rant about. Oh yeah, apparently I’m a sad guy who needs to get out more and meet new people while simultaneously completing a double degree and working 3 days a week. Yeah. Right. Thanks guys (you know who you are). I broke up with my girlfriend BECAUSE I couldn’t give her the time I wanted to give her and the time she needed (and because I’m a goddamn idiot) and now your saying that I should go and try and do it all over again? *shakes head*

Alright. I’m done. I ‘ll try and keep up to date with this as much as time allows but don’t expect too much.
