Bookworm Misadventures

Until recently, I
had been enjoying the myriad pleasures of Bookworm Adventures Volume 2. There’s not much to say about the actual game that hasn’t already been said elsewhere, except that it’s a game involving levelling up based around words you spell; a combination that couldn’t fail in its target audience of computer geeks that occasionally write. Anyway, I say ‘until recently’ because as a result of a power cut (caused by a fucking sandwich maker! A sandwich maker killed my pleasure!) my saved game was completely lost. Destroyed. Kaput. And I was on the last level, just after the robot dance-off! Ugh. Thankfully I had saved screenshots of my best words as I made them, and I present them here for your perusal. Of course they’re probably nothing compared to what other masters of the game can produce, but I liked them. Enjoy!*

*Of course, I understand that presenting, on a blog, a collection of words created during the course of playing a video game is very near the pinnacle of geekery, and enjoyment of readers is practically non-existent in such an endeavour. But fuck it, it’s my blog and I LOST MY DAMN SAVE GAME. Allow me my grieving period.

My personal best was Hematite back in BWA1. I need to get a copy of the sequel…
Can you use them all in one sentence please?
@Tim: Well, you know where to get one :D
@Cian: Thanatos pounded the endangered trilobite, for it behoove him to do so.
