Zorki-6 #1

I think these came out okay, despite losing what might have been better photos of Lou at the start of the film (not entirely sure how). The day on which the stacks and river photos were taken was beautiful, and I absolutely adore the ripples in the water on the shot with the boat between the tree branches. Next step is to find a flash so I can get some night shots happening. :)

I heart you and your beautiful Russian bride, uh, camera! Camera!
Love the teacup and saucer. (Agckh, the proletariat are rising again darrrlink).
Mother and I are concerned about your use of “absolutely adore”. Coming out of closet much? How ever will you find a bride (Russian or not) using phrases like that?
@Cian: Darling, how could you not describe such velvet beauty as gorgeous? It’s like someone took my dreams and thpun them into water. :D
Beautiful photos, the lot of them! Not quite what I expected, but beautiful nonetheless. I particularly like the photo of the round buildings under the roof, but I guess I just like architecture in particular. Yes, the ripples on the water are quite, quite nice. It reminds me of another river I saw when I was younger, the water was quite black and smooth as glass. Every time a boat went by, the ripples caught the brilliant green of the trees and foliage on either side, so each boat was followed by ripples of black and electric green. Furthermore, I don’t think that your choice of vocabulary is strange in the least when it comes to such beautiful landscapes. :)

@Donald: Thanks for taking a look, really appreciate the comments. :)
I’m disappointed that the film turned out a bit grainy for the domes, but I was using a low-iso film for the sunny day, so I guess I expected it. Can’t wait for Spring to roll around for more excursions down the river. There are endless photo-opportunities, and of course, a beautiful location to enjoy. :)
